DMCA Policy for Raptor Cyber-Holding, LLC

Raptor Cybersecurity Services respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we have adopted the following policy regarding copyright infringement.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user responsible for posting the content.

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated DMCA Agent. Your counter-notification must include the following information:

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed or disabled content in accordance with the DMCA.

4) Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Raptor Cyber-Holding, LLC has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts without prior notice for any user who infringes the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is a repeat infringement.

Any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that content or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages under the DMCA. If you submit a claim or counter-notification under the DMCA, please be sure you have a good-faith belief that the content in question is infringing or was removed by mistake.

Important: False claims may result in legal liability for damages including costs and attorneys' fees under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

Raptor Cyber-Holding, LLC reserves the right to modify or update this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after any modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the changes.
